Jason D. Gallagher is the founder of Gallagher Law Firm, PLLC, where he represents individuals, businesses, and organizations in complex litigation and high-stakes legal matters throughout Virginia. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University in 2006 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law in 2011. Following law school, he joined a prominent regional law firm where he developed a broad litigation practice representing clients in state and federal courts across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Through years of experience, he has successfully represented clients in complex civil disputes, business litigation, employment matters, personal injury claims, property disputes, administrative proceedings, and serious criminal cases.

In 2023, Jason founded Gallagher Law Firm, PLLC with a singular vision: to provide clients with the highest level of legal representation while maintaining the responsiveness, accessibility, and personal attention often missing from larger firms. The firm is committed to delivering practical solutions, aggressive advocacy, and exceptional client service for individuals and businesses facing significant legal challenges.
